This title is so misleading. Without Steve Perry, Journey wouldn’t have existed and that isn’t elaborated upon enough here. Pretty pathetic not to highlight the magician behind the music!!! Neal is awesome on guitar and brought so much talent, having had his time with Carlos Santana. Then Cain with his keyboard prowess, of which I personally adhere to most, I’m a classical acoustic pianist. They still would’ve been running in circles without Steve Perry. Heck, Arnel Pineda can’t keep them moving without Perry’s vocals to attempt to emulate! Again, they haven’t been Journey since Perry’s exit!

Mark Slaughter’s vocals were the highlight of both VVI albums, hands down. Vinnie Vincent will always be known more for his ego and bad attitude than ever for his mediocre guitar playing.

Jeff Scott Soto is a very classy man. He has no animosity what's so ever with Yngwie or anyone else. It's not in his blood. It's not his style to hate anyone. I too have known Jeff for many years, and the man is awesome on and off the stages. Yngwie is the one who needs to let it go, and put the BS aside. Jeff is not one to have enemies, or negativity in his life. Listen to his own songs. Do you ever hear anything negative or about the devil? PERIOD.. 😊 JSS RULES.
